This recipe for pore salad with smoked salmon and a little lemon is delicious and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 120 grams smoked salmon, in sheets
  • 1/4 cups fennel
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • extra virgin olive oils

Preparation

In a pan melt the butter on medium low heat. Add the pore and water, season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender for 15 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
In a medium bowl mix the pore with the lemon zest and lemon juice, the fennel and season with salt and pepper.
Put the salmon slices on a plate and serve over the pore mixture. Sauté some extra virgin olive oil.
