Excellent cubes of fried potatoes and sesame seeds; The crunchy texture of sesame, make this recipe, a great companion of your dishes. An easy, colorful and very nutritious recipe. Perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of potato
  • 1/4 of piece of Bell pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame seed
  • 2 leaves of spinach
  • 2 leaves of chard
  • coconut oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Wash and disinfect potatoes, morrón and green leaves prior to preparation. Let drain.
    Cut the potatoes into strips and then into squares, not too small.
    Finely chop the green leaves, as they are dry.
    Preheat a Teflon pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, just a little.
    Add the potatoes to the pan and let them fry for five minutes, move so they do not burn. Low fire.
    Incorporate the morrón and the green leaves. Mix the ingredients and fry for five more minutes or until the potatoes are fried.
    We spread the sesame and add salt to taste.
