Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 potatoes, boiled in its shell and then peeled
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 red peppers, roasted
  • 1 lettuce, well washed
  • 16 black olives
  • 1 branch parsley
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Choose a broad and flat dish, place tomato slices (without overlapping) on ​​the bottom.
Season the tomato with salt and cover with the potato slices.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on the sides of the source without cutting them.
Chop the parsley very small and the peppers (previously peeled) in strips & place on the potatoes.
