A wonderful combination, the neutrality of the potato with the personality of the roasted pepper. Fresh and with a lot of flavor, this salad serves as a good starter or to accompany a roast beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes peeled
  • 2 potatoes boiled in its shell and then peeled
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Red bell peppers roasted
  • 1 lettuce well washed
  • 16 black olives
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Choose a broad and flat dish, place tomato slices (without overlapping) on ​​the bottom.
    Season the tomato with salt and cover with the potato slices.
    Arrange the lettuce leaves on the sides of the source without cutting them.
