Salad rich in proteins, this salad recipe is perfect to accompany meat or chicken dishes.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cabbage or cabbage
  • 1 sheath of green bean
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • to taste of black pepper

    Preparation

    Peel and cut the potatoes into squares. Cut the green beans equal. Boil in water until softened.
    Cut the cabbage in julienne and wash with hot water, this will make it half cooked.
    Parboil eggs, then peel and cut into strips.
    Wash and cut the onion and tomato in julienne.
    Prepare the vinaigrette separately with: oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
