Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 carrot, washed and without ends
  • 1 cucumber, seedless cucumber
  • 1 lettuce, washed crepe
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Grate the carrot, chop the apple and the lettuce, cut the cucumber into very thin slices; Place everything in a bowl.
Mix lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, mustard to make a cream.
Place the vinaigrette on the salad and mix well so that all the flavors are incorporated, you should place the vinaigrette immediately before serving so that if it is done in time, the salad loses the initial volume.

TIPS

You can change the lemon for another fruit like mango, kiwi, strawberry and it would be taken to the blender to compact well the ingredients of the vinaigrette.
