Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 cups pea, Cooked
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut is small cubes the carrot and potatoes.
Cook the carrots in hot water with salt for 10 minutes at medium heat. Reserve.
Cook the potatoes in hot water with salt for 20 minutes at medium heat. Reserve.
