Try this delicious salad with Eva® Italian Lettuce and orange and parsley vinaigrette, it is a fresh and quick recipe to prepare. The best thing is that its ingredients are high in vitamin C, an ideal nutrient for the growth and repair of tissues throughout the body, as well as helping to heal wounds and form scar tissue. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Vita + ® orange cups, for the vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cups parsley, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • to taste salt, for the vinaigrette
  • to taste black pepper, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 Italian Lettuce Eva®
  • 1 Vita + ® orange cups, no juice, just slices
  • 1 Vita + ® Grapefruit Cups , no juice, just slices
  • 1 cup cucumber, in half moons
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed, scuffed

Preparation

Blend the cups of Naranja Vita + ® together with the balsamic vinegar, mustard, parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve until use.
In a salad bowl, place the Eva® Italian Lettuce leaves, add the Vita + ® Orange Cups segments, the Vita + ® Grapefruit Cups segments, the cucumber, the blueberry, the blueberry and the praline sesame. Bathe with the vinaigrette and accompany with chicken, fish or tuna.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad on a platter and enjoy with dressing to taste.

TIPS

If you want the vinaigrette to have a different sweetness, you can use a little agave honey.
