Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 avocado peeled and cut
  • 1 mango peeled and cut
  • 1 cup of arugula or to your liking
  • 1/2 cup of walnut
  • cups of parmesan cheese
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix the arugula, avocado, mango and nuts.
Separately mix olive oil, lemons, salt and pepper.
Serve with Parmesan cheese and add the dressing to your liking.

TIPS

You can prepare it with different types of seasoning and add any seasonal fruit you have on hand.
