This salad is made with arugula or can also be made with spinach and is accompanied by figs, cheese and a dressing with garlic and vinegar.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 16 fresh figs, cut in quarters
  • 6 cups arugula, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cups white goat cheese

Preparation

Mix garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
Add the figs, cover and allow them to season for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Add the lettuce and goat cheese and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the dish with a little balsamic vinegar.

TIPS

You can use dehydrated or caramelized figs instead of fresh ones.
