This recipe is a delicious light salad of cactus with apple and oregano vinaigrette. Do not bore your children with lettuce, show them new flavors and keep them healthy.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups nopal, in cubes
  • 1/2 rose waters
  • 2 tablespoons table salt
  • 1 Bowl mineral water
  • 1 Bowl ice
  • 3/4 Red apples, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 apple, whole
  • 2 tablespoons cambray onion, tails, chopped
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups Corn syrup
  • to taste table salt
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste White pepper
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • to taste chives, to decorate
  • basil, fried to the vinaigrette (SECRETO GOURMET)

Preparation

Put in a pot water, salt, cactus cubed and clean.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, place in ice water for a few minutes and drain with the help of a sieve.
For the vinaigrette: in a bowl put chopped onion chambray, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, orange juice and mix. Add honey corn, salt, oregano and white pepper.
In a bowl put the nopales, the vinaigrette, diced apple, add the raisins.
Mix well and serve.
If you want decorate with chives.
