Preparation
Put in a pot water, salt, cactus cubed and clean.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, place in ice water for a few minutes and drain with the help of a sieve.
For the vinaigrette: in a bowl put chopped onion chambray, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, orange juice and mix. Add honey corn, salt, oregano and white pepper.
In a bowl put the nopales, the vinaigrette, diced apple, add the raisins.
Mix well and serve.
If you want decorate with chives.
