This salad will make your holiday unforgettable. Try this delicious combination of peaches, arugula, goat cheese and prosciutto. Once you try it, it will become your favorite.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 peaches, cut into 6 slices
  • spray oils
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 10 cups arugula, chopped
  • 50 grams prosciutto, finely sliced
  • 3 tablespoons goat cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

Put to reduce the balsamic vinegar in a small frying pan over medium heat, let it reduce until there are 2 tablespoons (2 minutes approximately). Remove from heat and add two tablespoons of honey. Let it cool.
Once the grill is hot, sprinkle with the cooking spray and cook the peaches for 30 seconds on each side. If you do not have a grill you can do it in a comal.
Mix the oil, pepper and salt in a bowl. Serve the arugula on a plate, on top of it arrange the peaches and the prosciutto, bathe with the oil.
Add the balsamic reduction and the goat cheese over the whole salad.

TIPS

You can serve with hot pita bread.

Pésima redacción Creo que deberían revisar bien las recetas antes de publicarlas, ya que los pasos son confusos o les faltan partes claves en el desarrollo del platillo, saludos.
