Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams arugula
  • 1 lettuce
  • 6 chives
  • 150 grams cranberry
  • 2 apples, chopped acid
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 100 grams soybean

Preparation

Wash the lettuce, soy and arugula well.
Stir the mustard, oil, vinegar and chives in a small bowl.
Lettuce, arugula, soy, chopped apple and blueberries in a large bowl.
At the time of serving ecahrle the dressing and up to epolvor the sunflower seed.

PRESENTATION

In a very broad salad bowl serve everything. If you wish, add a bougainvillea or some slices of tomato and a small leaf of parsley.
