Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tomatoes, round medium
  • 2 fresh mozzarella cheese, ball
  • leaves basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 lemons
  • black pepper

Preparation

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices, using a serrated knife.
Slicing mozzarella cheeses also in slices.
Stir the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 chopped basil leaves and stir.
Place a slice of tomato on each plate, then one of cheese, then one of basil, another of tomato and so on until you have 3 pieces of cheese per plate. Put the dressing and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
