The bean salad is a very rich and fresh recipe with a high nutritional value. This recipe mixes the citrus flavors with the beans to result in a delicious salad.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 jar of bean white bean
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 6 branches of celery
  • 4 tablespoons of chives
  • 1 cucumber peeled, seedless and julienned
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of arabic spice blend (all spice)
  • to taste of black pepper to taste

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the beans, purple onion, celery, green onion and cucumber.
Mix the lemon juice, the olive oil, the arabe pepper, the salt and the pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad, mix well and marinate for at least 45 minutes before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad individual dishes achieving the design of the photo with a circular cookie cutter. Fill the salad cutter and remove slowly.

TIPS

You can add chile piquín if you want something spicy.
