Preparation
Take the chicken and pass it through the beaten egg and the ground bread. Cook in a hot pan with a little oil for 5 minutes on each side or until done right.
Place the lettuce in a bowl and mix with the sliced milanesa in thin strips.
Make the dressing by mixing the vinegar, oil, and lemon juice until completely integrated. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
