This rich salad has apple, endives, grapes, pine nuts, goat cheese and a rich vinaigrette.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 9 cups endive lettuce, chopped coarsely
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 30 green grapes, Seedless
  • 3 tablespoons pinion
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese, fallen apart
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • black pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut into cubes the apple and mix in a bowl with the lemon juice.
Add the lettuce, grapes, pine nuts and mix well.
In another deep bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the vinaigrette with the salad and add the cheese, serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the dish with more goat cheese or croutons.
