Preparation
Peel and cut into cubes the apple and mix in a bowl with the lemon juice.
Add the lettuce, grapes, pine nuts and mix well.
In another deep bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the vinaigrette with the salad and add the cheese, serve.
