This is a very quick turkey salad, you can accompany it with any fruit but preferably I recommend you with red fruits. Serve with the dressing of your choice.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 12 asparagus, cooked
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1 cup turkey

Preparation

Add the arugula to a glass.
Place 6 asparagus in each salad glass (only the tips).
Add 5 raspberries to each salad.
At the end the special ingredient, the turkey.
Add the dressing of your choice.
