Preparation
Chop the nopalitos in squares, and cook them in water for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, cilantro and tomato.
In a pan add a little oil and fry the onion, wash the nopales to remove the drool and add them to the pan with the chili flakes and salt.
Let the nopales cool and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Rectify the salt and serve.
