  • 1/2 Romaine orejonas
  • 1/2 Red Lettuce

  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, milled
  • 1 lemon
  • 250 grams big shrimp
  • 250 grams squid, big

Preparation
