Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons olive, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
  • 1 egg, hard minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, in chopped slices
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, shoddy

Preparation

MAKE A SAUCE A THOUSAND ISLANDS REVOLVING ALL THE INGREDIENTS, LESS THE SHRIMP AND AVOCADO, CONDIMENT WITH SALT AND PEPPER, ADD THE SHRIMP
SPREAD THE AVOCADOS AT HALF, UNTARLES LEMON, PUT THEM A LITTLE OF OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER
FILL THEM WITH THE SHRIMPS
PUT THEM ON FRENCH LETTUCE LEAVES

PRESENTATION

PLACE THEM ON A LETTUCE LEAVES AND DECORATE THEM WITH AN OLIVE LEAF, PARSLEY LEAVES AND A LEMON SLICE
