Spinach and peach salad in Almibar

An appetizing way to eat spinach! In this salad the cream cheese goes in balls covered with walnut and the salad has a sweet touch with the peaches in syrup and the blueberries.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams cranberry , dry
  • 1 can peach in syrup
  • 1 spinach
  • 50 grams walnut, milled
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • green grapes, to taste

Preparation

Wash the spinach well. Cut them with your hands and put them in a container.
With the cream cheese, form small balls and roll them in the ground walnut, pressing a little so that they are well covered.
Chop the peaches in squares, mix the spinach with all the other ingredients, taking care to put the cheese balls until the end, so that they do not fall apart.
Bathe the salad with a little peach syrup.

TIPS

It is a good idea to accompany it with Italian dressing.
