Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams Kalhua, kale
  • 300 grams chickpea
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 anchovy
  • to taste table salt
  • to taste black pepper powder
  • 50 olive oils, DC
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • to taste hot chili pepper
  • 2 cambray onions
  • 200 grams feta cheese

Preparation

Wash the kale very well and bleach.
Cook the chickpeas previously soaked for 24 hours and boil gently until they are tender.
Season with pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Step on the anchovies with a little salt, pepper, olive, vinegar, lemon and peperocino.
Add the vinaigrette to the chickpeas.
Place the drained cale in a bowl, the purple onion cut into finite strips, add the chickpeas and the crumbled feta cheese with your hands.
