Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of ginger chopped
  • 1/3 of Cup of Apple vinager
  • 1 piece of cambray onion
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 2 pieces of lemon juice
  • 1/3 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of granulated sugar Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 3/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 piece of carrot cut into squares
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato
  • 8 pieces of corn baby
  • 1/2 Cup of pea Japanese, bleached
  • 1 piece of avocado (optional)

    Preparation

    To make the dressing, place the first ten ingredients in the blender except the oil.
    Turn on the blender, adding the oil little by little.
    Keep separately.
    For the salad, mix the last four ingredients on the list.
    Add the vinaigrette to taste
