Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups toasted sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, chopped
  • 1/3 cups apple vinegar
  • 1 cambray onion
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1/3 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar, Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 carrot, cut into squares
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato
  • 8 corn, baby
  • 1/2 cups pea, Japanese, bleached
  • 1 avocado, (optional)

Preparation

To make the dressing, place the first ten ingredients in the blender except the oil.
Turn on the blender, adding the oil little by little.
Keep separately.
For the salad, mix the last four ingredients on the list.
Add the vinaigrette to taste

PRESENTATION

Serve on white and flat plates so that the colors stand out more

TIPS

Cut and serve the avocado at the end to avoid darkening
