Delicious Russian salad to take lunch, nutritious and easy to make, can be accompanied with salty cookies.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 potatoes cut into squares
  • 3 carrots cut into squares
  • 4 eggs Cooked diced
  • 1/4 of onion diced
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and crumbled
  • 100 milliliters of sour cream
  • 390 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 220 grams of pea
  • 1 jar of pitted olive
  • 1 can of Bell pepper
  • ground peppers to taste
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Cook the chicken breast with garlic, onion and salt to taste so that the meat has flavor, and cooked to shred and reserve
    Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes and cook separately, drain and set aside.
    In a deep bowl, place the carrot, the shredded chicken breast, the mayonnaise, the pea, the onion, the cream and the olives and mix everything perfectly.
    Place the red pepper in small squares and the potatoes and mix again with less force so as not to beat the potatoes and the red pepper.
    Add salt to taste and put to cool for 30 min.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with pickled chili peppers in vinegar and salty crackers.

    TIPS

    You can use shrimp instead of chicken.
