Preparation
Bring 1/4 of balsamic vinegar to a boil and let the vinegar reduce by half.
Season the vinegar with salt and pepper and mix with the olive oil. This is the dressing of the salad.
Cut the tomatoes into thick slices like the ones in the photo.
In a large bowl, mix the cheese, apple and bacon and mix well with the balsamic vinegar dressing.
Take a slice of tomato, put on it 3-4 tablespoons of the filling, put another slice of tomato and cover with chopped lettuce.
