I learned this recipe from a co-worker. It is a very easy recipe to prepare that does not involve much time of preparation, it is also very fresh and light.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 1 green lettuce girl
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 2 green lemons Boys
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise optional
  • 1 avocado optional
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Open the tuna tins and drain them. Reserve in a bowl.
    Cut the lettuce into small pieces with your hands and disinfect it. Once disinfected we put it in a large bowl.
    Finely chop the tomato, onion and chile serrano, add it to the bowl with the lettuce, squeeze the two lemons and stir a little.
    Add the three tablespoons of mayonnaise and the drained tuna, mix well until the ingredients are integrated.
    Finally, add the avocado cut into cubes.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with chips.

    TIPS

    Add the tuna and avocado to the end so you do not whisk when you mix the ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
