This recipe taught me to make a friend from Guadalajara, it is easy, practical, nutritious that I like to do because I can present it on canapés, on lettuce or with crackers.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 2 apples (red and green)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • green lemons
  • chipotle chili peppers
  • cookies

    Preparation

    Finely chop 1 red apple, 1 green apple and half purple onion, stir and add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
    Add 2 cans of tuna Dolores, half a cup of mayonnaise stirred with chipotle pepper to taste, salt and pepper and stir to integrate very well.
    Serve over the crackers.
