Preparation
Finely chop 1 red apple, 1 green apple and half purple onion, stir and add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add 2 cans of tuna Dolores, half a cup of mayonnaise stirred with chipotle pepper to taste, salt and pepper and stir to integrate very well.
Serve over the crackers.
