This delicious salad is ideal to leave it ready and take it to the office. It is super simple and delicious, with a rich vinaigrette of balsamic vinegar, avocado, artichoke hearts and a touch of pips.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, (for the vinaigrette)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1 pinch salt, (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1 pinch black pepper, (for the vinaigrette)
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1/4 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1/2 avocados, in pieces
  • 3 artichoke hearts, In rooms
  • 1/4 cups onion, caramelized
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed
  • 1 cup watercress

Preparation

For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients directly in a glass jar with a lid. Reservation.
Place the celery, mushrooms, avocado, artichoke hearts, onion, pips in the jar and finish with the watercress.
Close and refrigerate

PRESENTATION

Arrange all the ingredients forming layers in a glass container with a lid.

TIPS

Before adding the avocado, squeeze a few drops of lemon to prevent rusting.
