Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams bean, cooked, cast
  • 250 grams corn kernels
  • 1 tomtato, chopped
  • 1/3 cups red onion
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 1 green chile, chopped

Preparation

Add the previously cooked beans to a bowl.
