Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 trunk celery
  • 3 cucumbers
  • olive oils
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, to taste
  • vinegars, to taste

Preparation

Soak the celery in water and disinfect it.
Peel the cucumbers and remove all the seeds.
Cut the celery into pieces and slice the cucumber.
Add olive oil to taste, vinegar, lemon and salt.
