This is a rich and healthy salad of edamames with granola. Perfect to take care of your health and that of your family. It is made with Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins that gives a crispy texture. It is very easy and quick to prepare.

Preparation
Boil water with salt and add the edamames and cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked, place them in cold water to stop cooking. Drain the edamames and remove them from the shell.
Chop the apple in small cubes, file the onion and mix with the edamames. Add the chickpeas and feta cheese. Mix everything until it is well incorporated.
Add the Ancestral Grain Granola; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins and mix again.
For the dressing: Place the pulp of the avocado and the peeled ginger in the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Serve the salad along with the dressing.
