This is a delicious salad of tomato, panela cheese, cucumber and pine nuts, to start a rich dinner, the presentation is the most important thing to make it look spectacular and appetizing.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, big and a little green
  • 250 grams panela cheese
  • 50 grams pinion
  • 1 cucumber
  • to taste balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 50 grams cream cheese, for the dressing
  • 2 branches fresh coriander, just the leaves, for the dressing
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into very thin slices and reserve.
Cut the end of the green tomato, then cut it in half, on the widest side you have. Finally cut in four each side and reserve.
Cut the panela cheese into slices of approximately 1 centimeter that are the same size as the tomato. Reservation.
For dressing: Blend cream cheese with coriander and rectify salt and pepper if necessary.
For assembly: Accommodate the tomato and panela cheese found in the center of the dish. Serve the cucumber slices on top and in the center. Place the pine nuts between the cheese and serve a little dressing on the tomatoes.

PRESENTATION

Put a little balsamic vinegar reduction around the salad so it has a good presentation and helps with a touch of flavor.

TIPS

As cilantro has a slightly strong flavor and not everyone likes it, just put a little to the plate and the rest you can serve at the center of the table.
