Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 pumpkin, in sheets
  • 1 carrot, in sheets
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers, in sheets
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, in sheets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • paprikas, a pinch
  • ground black peppers, a pinch
  • 1 boat Hummus Obela®, Toasted Chiles

Preparation

Place the vegetables in a bowl and add oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika and pepper. Mix very well.
Cook the vegetables on a hot grill, on both sides, until they soften and the lines are marked.
Serve the grilled vegetables inside the package of Hummus Obela® Chiles Toreados and bring to your table to share.
