Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 piece of pumpkin in sheets
  • 1 piece of carrot in sheets
  • 1/2 piece of yellow bell pepper in sheets
  • 1/2 piece of red bell pepper in sheets
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped
  • paprikas a pinch
  • ground black peppers a pinch
  • 1 boat of Hummus Obela® Toasted Chiles

    Preparation

    Place the vegetables in a bowl and add oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika and pepper. Mix very well.
    Cook the vegetables on a hot grill, on both sides, until they soften and the lines are marked.
