Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos Ham, or sausage
  • 1 Italian lettuce
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 package yellow cheese
  • 2 green apples
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Chop slices of ham and yellow cheese, as well as apples, are diced and placed in a refractory or bowl
The lettuce is finely sliced ​​and added to the previous mixture together with the can of drained corn previously
Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, add the cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir everything very well and season with salt and pepper. Ready to enjoy
