Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/4 kilos lentil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 liter Water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the lentils and cook with the liter of water and salt to taste; until they are soft.
Drain the lentils and let cool for approximately 10 minutes.
