Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, red
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil, from grape
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 8 radishes, In rooms
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped fresh
  • 1 Avocado from Mexico, boneless, peeled and sliced
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl beat the vinegar and mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.
