Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber, washed
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, great washes
  • 6 tablespoons fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation

In a salad bowl place the lettuce in pieces, with your hands and add the cilantro.
Chop the other vegetables in the form of dice and the peppers in strips, add to the salad bowl.
We put the other ingredients, mix and season to taste.

PRESENTATION
