A fresh salad of surimi and lettuce, perfect for a hot afternoon or a light meal. The oriental salad is delicious, very simple to prepare and perfect to eat as a rich accompaniment or as the main course.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 tablespoons Tamarindo Sweet and Sour Sauce Mixed Cuisine®, (for dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, (for dressing)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, (for dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, (for dressing)
  • salt, to taste (for dressing)
  • black pepper, to taste (for dressing)
  • 700 grams Spring mix lettuce, washed and disinfected, preferably bitter lettuces such as escarole or endives
  • 3 pears, peeled and cut in pictures guys
  • 1 lemon, (your juice)
  • 6 sticks surimi, shredding
  • 1 cup peanut, garapiñado
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes

Preparation

Dressing: Mix all the ingredients and beat with a fork until the mixture is emulsified. Salpimiente to taste and keep apart.
Sprinkle fruit and avocado with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.
Mix the lettuces with the stripped surimi bars, the peanuts or walnuts and the fruit squares.
