My inspiration was the desire to make a different recipe, cheap and fast because my budget at that time was very little ... and my children liked it very much and I baptized it with the name of Papisar.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 potatoes, medium, cooked and diced
  • 1 can sardine, in tomato, remove the thorn
  • 1 green bell pepper, in cubes
  • 1 onion, in cubes
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes
  • fresh coriander, chopped, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry the onion, chili, and tomato for 3 mins; salt and pepper to taste, add the tomato juice of the sardines, cook with the lid for 2 mins.
Add the chips, season and mix; then add the sardines, cover the pot and cook under fire for 5 mins.
Finally add the chopped coriander and mix, cover the pot and remove from heat.

PRESENTATION

It is placed in a dish and decorated with more cilantro and accompanied with toast, chips, corn tortillas or flour.
