This quinoa and panela cheese salad is delicious for any occasion, as well as being a very complete and simple meal. Prepare it a day early and take it to work without problems.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil (for the vinaigrette)
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1 pinch of Salt (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber in cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of palmetto in a slice
  • 1/2 Cup of quinoa Cooked
  • 2 spoonfuls of sunflower seed
  • 1 Cup of lettuce chopped

    Preparation

    For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients directly in a glass jar with a lid. Reservation.
    Place the purple onion, cheese, cucumbers, palm hearts, quinoa, sunflower seeds in the jar and finish with the lettuce.
    Close and refrigerate

    PRESENTATION

    Arrange all the ingredients forming layers in a glass container with a lid.

    TIPS

    Change the quinoa to cous cous.
