This is a salad that especially loved my family and me. Different flavors but combined make a delicious salad.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 4 carrots medium
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 grams of peanut enchilados
  • 3 green lemons
  • olive oils
  • apple vinegar

Preparation

Disinfect radishes, lettuce and carrots. Cut the lettuce.
Mix in a salad bowl, onion and chopped garlic . Cut the radishes into slices, grate the carrot and integrate everything.
Add the juice of the lemons, oil and apple cider vinegar to taste for seasoning.
Stir in the peanuts.
Mix all the ingredients and serve.

TIPS

It should be eaten immediately because the peanuts soak and lose the crunchy consistency.
