This Russian salad recipe is a very good option for an appetizer and at the same time it is very healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 3 apples fresh
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of pea
  • broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 1 cabbage little
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Cook all the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
    Chop the apple in boxes.
    Once cooked, chop the vegetables.
    Mix all the ingredients in a large, deep bowl.
    Put the mayonnaise and salt.

    PRESENTATION
