Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 carrots, washed and peeled
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 4 tablespoons raisin
  • to taste homemade dressing, of your preference
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Carrots and lettuce are disinfected, carrots are peeled and cut into squares.
In a deep bowl mix lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper and chicken broth.
The olive oil is added.
The carrots are mixed with the homemade dressing, then it is added to the taste more seasoning but of your preference.
Finally add the raisins and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve and decorate with the raisins preferably let the lettuce around to give it a touch.
