Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/3 of ciabatta bread ready to bake
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 ounces of Mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 bunch of fresh scallion chopped
  • 7 ounces of feta cheese
  • 1 avocado mature
  • 3.5 ounces of Cherry tomato matches in half
  • 1 package of lettuce
  • 2 ounces of toasted pine nuts
  • 2.1 ounces of pitted kalamata olive

    Preparation

    Cut the ciabatta into small cubes and fry in the oil and garlic until crispy and golden.
    Combine the mayonnaise, the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and the water to make a light dressing. Add half of the scallion.
    Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces.
    Put the lettuce, the pine nuts, the olives, the green onion and the dressing on a plate and mix well.
    Add the avocado, tomato and feta cheese and mix gently.
    Garnish with bread cubes and serve.
