The salad of Kale, almonds and cranberry is a recipe full of antioxidants, recommended for when you want to eat healthy and rich. It is a salad with a creamy and delicious dressing based on yogurt with Santa Clara® lemon.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams yogurt, with Limón Santa Clara®
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 3 cups kale, disinfected and dry
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cups almond, fillets and toasts
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Chop the kale leaves and place them in a salad bowl.
Cut the apples into very thin slices and add them to the salad bowl.
3. Add the almonds and cranberries, mix and reserve.
Empty the yogurt in a small refractory and add olive oil, salt and pepper and serve over the salad or put it separately for each person to serve their taste.
