We present a salad with a good contribution of proteins and carbohydrates. To take the salad divide it into 3: in a tupper store the tomatoes (uncut), in a bowl the seasoned chickpeas and in another container the vegetables.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1 cup canned chickpea
  • 1/4 red peppers
  • 1/3 romaine lettuces, disinfected and separated in sheets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 twig dill weed, to taste
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut the peppers into quarters
In a bowl mix the tomatoes, chickpeas, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Disinfect the lettuce and separate the leaves. Assemble the salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with dill leaves.

PRESENTATION

Serves on sheets of romaine lettuce.

TIPS

If you can not find cherry tomatoes, you can replace them with tomato or grape saladet tomato.
