A delicious and fresh surimi and cucumber salad is the perfect complement to any meal. You can serve it together with a meat, a chicken or a fish and with all the combinations it is delicious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 sticks surimi, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cucumber, large without seeds and cut into thin strips
  • 10 olives, cut in 4
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 8 lemons, get the juice
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a salad bowl add cucumber, surimi, olives and pepper.
Add all the Italian dressing and the lemon juice together with the salt and pepper to taste.
Everything is stirred very well and the flavor is rectified; it gets to cool to the refrigerator.
