  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemons, juice
  • salt, to taste

Preparation
