Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 zucchini
  • 300 grams panela cheese
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • olive oils
  • balsamic vinegars
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the zucchini along.
Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
Add oil to a pan and roast the zucchini, the cheese and finally the tomato.
Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and two slices of zucchini.
Add salt and pepper.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
