Preparation
Cut the aubergines along.
Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
Add oil to a pan and roast the aubergines, the cheese and finally the tomato.
Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and eggplant.
Add salt and pepper.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
